VERDI TWIN is the MULTI-SUBSTRATE CUTTER of the INGLET CUTTERS range. It allows cuts up to 305 cm and 20-22 mm maximum thick on rigids and semi-rigids panels such as: Aluminium composite panels, foamed PVC, acrylics, MDF, wood, methacrylate... and also foamboard panels, cardboard, corrugated cardboard, corrugated PVC, and so on.

VERDI TWIN is the best idea. It has 2 cutting heads ready to use. No tools, no replacements are required. Just use one or another. Cutting rigids? Put at right, take the measure and cut. Cutting semi-rigids? Put on the left, take the measure and cut! 

VERDI TWIN 122 and VERDI TWIN 157:

• VERDI TWIN 122 and  VERDI TWIN 157 are semi-automatic.
• Cutting capacity: 122 cm and 157 cm respectively.
• Both vertical saws come with 2 cutting heads. One is equipped with a saw blade (250 x 30 mm / 80 teeth), allowing cuts on rigid panels up to 22 mm thick.
• The second cutting head is pneumatic, fixed with magnetic system, and equipped with one cutter (knife). It allows up to 20 mm thick cuts.
• In addition, this pneumatic cutting head, with magnetic holding system, has as optional a 3rd. cutting head for glass and exchangeable with the knife!
• The cutting head turns at  2.700 RPM, and the advancement is manual. The knife is pneumatic, and comes with a presser.
• VERDI TWIN 122 and VERDI TWIN 157 come standard equipped with a 2 HP dust collector (item 02 12 06).  

VERDI TWIN 244 and VERDI TWIN 305:

• VERDI TWIN 244 and VERDI TWIN 305 are fully automatic.
• Cutting capacity: 244 cm and 305 cm respectively.
• Both vertical saws come with 2 cutting headS. One is equipped with a saw blade (250 x 30 mm / 80 teeth), allowing cuts on rigid panels up to 22 mm thick.
• The saw blade cutting head turns at 2.700 RPM and the advancement is fully automatic.  
• VERDI TWIN 244 and 305 have a stop control device to allow the cutting head stop wherever all allong the travel. This is a useful engine to save-time when cutting small sizes.
• VERDI TWIN 244 and 305 come with an advancement speed regulator, to adjust each material to the required speed.
• The second cutting head is pneumatic, fixed with magnetic system, and equipped with one cutter (knife). It allows up to 20 mm thick cuts.
• In addition, this pneumatic cutting head, with magnetic holding system, has as optional a 3rd. cutting head for glass and exchangeable with the knife!

ACCESSORIES:

• Install a LASER on the top to draw the cutting line.
• Add an ARM EXTENSION (1 m with millimetric scale) for oversized panels.
• Add as extra MEASURING TAB as needed to settle different sizes.
